Shelley is an exceptional coach and provides outstanding care and training at her facility. I purchased Abakadabra SRF (“Abbe”) SRF from Shelley 5 years ago and recently returned to Sunrise with both Abbe and Edward Tudor, my 2nd FEI horse.

I have purchased two dream horses through Shelley Van den Neste. The first, a PRE, has won 12 National Championships in multiple categories. The second, a warm blood, was horse of the year twice. Shelley took him from I1 through Grand Prix and he is now teaching me all the Grand Prix movements. Both are beautiful, exceptionally rideable and my cherished partners. Shelley is a very talented horsewoman, trainer, manager, coach and matchmaker. She will definitely put you on top of the right horse… and on top of the world.
Sunrise farm sport horses is always one of our favorite groups to have at our dressage shows. They have a great team of trainers and competitors that are always professional and friendly. They treat their fellow exhibitors and show officials with courtesy
and respect. And to top it off they are always on the High Point awards list.
I have worked many of the horses that Shelley van den Neste has imported and trained all the way to Grand Prix. She is the ultimate professional at producing horses that are easily rideable by amateur owners. She presents the horses well-conditioned, perfectly shod (not so frequent nowadays) and with great ring craft. Her horses are solid and reliable and I can highly recommend her work and the horses she presents for sale.
